Once title is reserved, there are no pageant refunds, per industry standard. Once reserved, we cannot give your title to others who may request it, so in fairness, refunds are not allowed under any circumstance. However, in some cases, transfer of fees are allowed to a runner up or alternate to attend in your place. Fees due are not dependent upon delegate attending Nationals or Internationals. Fees are primarily for holding state (or International) title with the expectation that delegate will attend the next pageant representing her region. If reserving a title, we respectfully ask that you do so with the understanding and agreement that you will be attending our next pageant (U.S. Nationals or Internationals) to represent your title unless a health, governmental or other emergency makes it physically impossible to do so.
